Have you taken the course "I Discover Sewing" and/or have some basic sewing skills and want to review these first skills a bit? Do you want a first garment without hassle before moving on to a first sewing pattern and the cycle "I Sew My First Garment"? Come sew a straight or circle skirt that will allow you to make a flattering, joyful garment while practicing your sewing skills!

During this unique 4-hour session, we will sew together a straight or circle skirt that fits at the waist with ties to knot. This way, the garment will fit your waist regardless of its variations or your preferences.

The course includes:

1 session of 4 hours of courses accompanied by an experienced teacher

consideration of the fabric that suits you best based on your desire and level

the basic formula for the straight skirt or circle skirt

sewing on quality electronic machines Janome Sewist 780 and Juki Kirei serger

provision of basic materials: scissors, pins, thread, Japanese ruler, needles…

smiling, kindness, and respect for everyone

Additionally, you will receive 10% off the purchase of your fabric in-store for your final project.

Required level for this course: the course is aimed at beginners who want to confirm their first sewing skills (cutting fabric, placing pattern pieces on the fabric, handling the sewing machine…) or more experienced people who want to enjoy a good sewing time with us.

Unsure about your level? Feel free to contact me by email at eugenie@cestdujoly.be or stop by the shop, we will be happy to advise you.
