My quilted travel kit

Want to learn to quilt? To create a practical and fun accessory? Why not come and make a pretty quilted pouch for the holidays or to slip your accessories, pencils...?

The prerequisites for this course are to have an intermediate level (at least having followed the course I discover sewing / knowing how to use the sewing machine, pin, cut...) to advanced, as we can adapt the finishing level for this project. 

During these 2 sessions of 2h30 courses, you will learn:

• to properly interface fabric pieces
  
• to quilt
• to install a zipper (classic or by the meter / single or double sliders depending on your level)
• to apply a zipper finish
• to make pockets (depending on your level)
• to line the pouch properly
• to create perfect pouch corners!

We will complete this full project together, which you will take home at the end of the second session. 

 The courses include:

• 2 x 2h30 of sewing accompanied by an experienced teacher
• sewing on quality Janome Sewist 780 electronic machines
• the provision of basic materials: scissors, pins, thread…
