The Eco Vita Recycled Cotton yarn was created from fabrics, textile scraps, or worn-out clothes selected based on composition and color. These raw materials were then cut, shredded, carded, and spun to produce this eco-friendly tubular yarn.

This book explains step-by-step, with illustrations and photos, the different techniques to use: knitting, crochet, or macramé.
