Do you want to knit your own socks? Want to recreate the magic of the past when grandmothers knitted slippers and socks for the whole family? Want to consume better and more sustainably?
Then the course "I knit my socks" is made for you!

We will learn together:

  • the "knitting" morphology of the sock and theory
  • Deciding the size for a perfect fit
  • the choice of knitting needles
  • Creating a suitable swatch
  • specifics of the toe
  • specifics of the heel
  • specifics of the ankle
  • And above all, we will knit your first pair of socks together!

The prerequisites for this course are to already have knitting experience (at least having completed the knitting initiation).

The group is composed of a maximum of 8 students.

The course includes:

  • 3 sessions of 2 hours knitting with an experienced teacher
  • the provision of basic materials: circular needles, scissors...
  • smiles, kindness, and respect for everyone
