- Underwear set : tank top with ribbing at armholes and neckline, boxer shorts with elastic waistband and front crotch gusset lined. Back without center seam.
- Swimsuit with center seams, no side seams. Fully lined for extra comfort.

The tank top can also be sewn for girls!

What you will learn with this pattern : attaching a narrow ribbing on a tank top, lining a boxer gusset, lining a swimsuit, attaching elastics to the waistband.
Size range : 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 years
Choose the right size of underwear or swimsuits:
these products must fit very close to the body (especially for bottoms, panties or boxers as these are small pieces for which height is less important than the child's build and age....) it is recommended not to choose an age size larger than the child's actual age. For example, as long as a child has not reached 7 years, make the small swimsuit and underwear pieces in size 6 years. When in doubt, it is better to choose the smaller size rather than the larger size.
Material suggestions:
Underwear : preferably cotton stretch jersey (with elastane) + ribbing to cut into strips
Swimsuit : polyamide lycra (swimsuit knit fabric) + swimsuit lining (Claudia foam or same material as the polyamide-lycra swimsuit).
Supplies:
3 to 4cm wide elastic for underwear boxer shorts
2cm wide elastic for swimsuit boxer shorts
Foam thread and basic polyester thread
Microtex needles (or at least jersey or stretch!), microtex is recommended for the swimsuit
Double needle for hems
