This stepped / quilted fabric is a padded cloth, very warm, which will allow you to make jackets, waistcoats, quilted coats, or to use it for making accessories like bags...
Thanks to a nice thickness of wadding sandwiched between two layers of fabric, the warmth will be well retained.
Moreover, it is reversible with one side floral and the other striped!
