DMC Samara yarn consists of a single strand that provides a soft, silky finish to the touch. It is made from 100% polyester fibres and consists of a single strand with multiple fibres approximately 1.5 cm long. 

This yarn is available in a range of colours that you can combine as you wish. The shaded tones create an elegant gradient that changes colour throughout the ball of yarn. 

This yarn is ideal for creating autumn/winter garments such as scarves, cowls, hats, jumpers, etc.

What are the characteristics of DMC Samara?

• Each ball contains approximately 100 grams and 66 metres.
• The recommended knitting needle size is 9–10 mm, or 10 mm for crochet.  
• 10 x 10 cm swatch: cast on 8.5 stitches and knit 12 rows.
• Machine-wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.
• Tumble-drying is not recommended. 
• Do not iron.
