Chelsea blouse from Maison Fauve - size 34 to 52 (French and English)

The Chelsea Blouse plays with the hallmarks of the Maison Fauve wardrobe: the pretty sleeves, the pleat details, renewed with a raglan sleeve construction. The pattern offers you several finishes: pleated front or not, gathered and buttoned cuff or sleeve band, to vary the difficulty and play with your fabrics and patterns. As beautiful worn out as tucked into your trousers, its cut is slightly fitted, for a structured, feminine, and comfortable drape.

Sewing level : intermediate, the technical points are making the pleats on the front bodice and shoulders, the tear-resistant slit with the wrist assembly, and the application of the neckline binding.

Lightweight fabrics (80 to 160 g/m2) with more or less body depending on the desired effect on the pleats. Be careful, your fabric must hold a crease well and not distort too much: a viscose, a tencel, a cotton, a crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. Openwork fabrics will also be interesting for this pattern, especially since the neatness of the neckline is finished with a binding.
