For reference, I took size M and my head is 56 cm big.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1. Measure your head girth at forehead.\u003cbr\u003e2. Measure the collar parts, taking into account 2 cm of seam allowance: which size is equal to your head measurements? If your fabric is stretchy, you can plan 2-3 cm of negative ease.
